Meet Your Consultant

Shelle Hagen is a 2001 graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. She holds a BA in Exercise Science and Spanish. Following college, she enrolled at The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy, 1,100 hour program. Upon graduation in 2002, she started her own massage business Elite Therapeutic Massage as an Independent Contractor.

Six months after starting her business, Shelle realized she needed to lease her own office space as her schedule was filled and space was too small. Utilizing network marketing as an Ambassador and Trainer with Business Networking International (BNI) she learned and taught the cornerstone values to business!

One year later in 2004, she began growing her reach further with bringing in her own Independent Contractors. Since that time, she has grown into a employee business model and employs 26 staff members. Shelle also is acting President of the North Dakota Board of Massage Therapy.

In addition to organizing and owning two professional massage offices, she is co-owner of Elite Massage Academy, 1,100 hour massage therapy school which has had a hand in training 40+ students since opening April 2021.

Shelle is also owner of the CoreStones company that provides continuing education, ergonomic stones, and innovation for therapists to work smarter not harder! She recruits and trains representatives and educators to share CoreStones with others!
